Damage Policy

Every book is thoroughly checked before being sent out to you and packaged with care. However, damages do still happen. Below are accepted and non-accepted damages for returns.

Accepted damages:

Delivery damages: Physical damage such as dents and rips over 5mm

Ripping due to incorrect binding

Dents due to machinery

Punctures in the dust jacket or hardback

The following listed, do not qualify as damage:

Minor surface scuffs

Small specks on the edges (smaller than 5mm)

Faint roller lines occurring during production

Variation to colour in sprayed edges

Skip Policy

For each quarterly subscription you are able to skip one box per year.

We are hoping to get this integrated into the website soon however for now, please email support@maidenmotherandcrone.co.uk at least 7 days prior to your renewal date
